Protect your account with an authenticator

Add an authenticator app as a second sign-in step and keep your recovery codes safe.

  1. Confirm your identity

    Under Protect your account, confirm your password, or your recent company sign-in, before you change authenticator settings.

  2. Set up the authenticator

    Choose Set up authenticator, scan the code with your authenticator app or enter the setup key, then enter the current code from the app and choose Confirm and enable.

  3. Save your recovery codes

    Copy the recovery codes and store them privately. Each code works once and the codes are not shown again.
